Things to do when doing some Zen and the art of WinXP Maintenance:

1) Windows update: is everything patched?
2) Firefox check: is it there, is it up to date?

5) Java Check if installed --- Get Java here

7) Real player? Oh dear. - test with BBC audio Real.com
